The statues are part of the whole finale, which is basically Sanctuary! from the animated film except everyone gets to sing, not just the Latin chorus. One of the best new songs and it's really frustrating that we won't see it in a live-action film. Quasimodo rejects the statues and blames them for everything that's gone wrong.
